WINEMAKING: Small parcels of select fruit whole bunch pressed using gentle handling techniques. Barrel fermented and matured in French oak barrels, partial malolactic fermentation, barrels regularly stirred. Some barrels were inoculated with yeast and some were allowed to ferment naturally with wild yeasts. Small parcels of fruit also stainless steel tank fermented. Carefully blended with edge and personality. Embracing sublime subtlety and grace.

TASTING NOTES: Medium bodied and elegantly structured. Fresh melon flavours and a little white peach. A suggestion of nutmeg from French oak adds complexity. Finishing with good length, light texture and crisp acidity.
