This English sparkling rosé has been made using the traditional Champagne method and a Pinot-dominant blend. Our 1503 wines, named after the year in which Hush Heath Manor was built, are created to encourage a new generation of sparkling wine drinkers.
Winemaking: Selected Cuvées from the previous three vintages, blended for a young, pale pink, soft fruit style made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by nine months lees ageing.
Appearance: Delicate rose petal pink and a fine sustained bead.
Nose: Crisp and fresh with bright citrus, wild strawberry and dried herb.
Palate: Full and refined red berry and pink grapefruit, with lively acidity, balanced with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
