Tasting notes: The colour of the wine is straw yellow with a delicate mousse. It boasts flowery fragrances of chamomile, rose and dandelion with flowery and notes

of pear and rennet apples. The taste is dry and succulent, flavourful and thirst quenching. Characteristic, clean and sincere, the wine goes well

with light and delicate dishes. Sustainably grown with low-impact cultivation as per the lunar calendar and harvested manually.
