Vermouth Rosso, Benini - 1 lit

Amber-coloured aperitif with a moderate alcoholic content.

Vinification technique: Produced with selected white wines with addition of alcohol and sugar, enjoyably aromatised by an infusion of herbs.

Tasting notes: Benini Vermouth Rosso is a classic Piedmontese aperitif, which is a composition of white wine, alcohol, and sugar. Its flavor is enriched by pours from carefully selected herbs, including absinth, coriander, sage and many others.

Alcohol: 16% Vol.

Serving: Serve with a lot of ice. Drink neat or with Seltz, but always chilled.        

Enjoy with appetizers and olives.
