VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested earlier than fully ripe, to obtain a fresher, more fragrant wine, then they are subjected to a delicate crush and soft pressing fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of about 16°c (64°f), which preserves the fruitiness and the finest sensory characteristics of the wine.
COLOR: Appealing pale straw-yellow color with delicate green reflections.
BOUQUET: Delicately fruity, with good acidity and remarkable sapidity.
FLAVOR: Light but pleasantly enveloping in the mouth, with a refreshing finish that makes it easy to drink.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Best served cool around 8 to 10°C.
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 9% by volume.
FOOD COMBINATION: Excellent as a light aperitif, it also combines well with white meats and steamed or grilled fish.
