Soil: predominantly red and brown soils on debris, calcareous marl and basalt

Harvest: by hand, selecting the best bunches that have reached optimal ripeness
Production methods: traditional vinification on the skins with maceration for 6-8 days
Ageing: in oak barrels for approximately one year
Alcohol: 13% vol.
