Description: White foam with a fine, continuous perlage. Straw yellow in colour with golden hints. An intense, complex aroma with hints of apple and peach, accompanied by the scent of dried fruits such as hazelnut and cocoa bean. Balanced and enveloping on the palate. The high-profile acidity showcases the vigour and texture, which are balanced with full-flavoured elegance and persistence.
