Vegan-friendly and gluten-free Pinot Grigio
PRODUCTION AREA: Roveré della Luna along the River Adige, passing through Lavis as far as the Vallagarina and Valle dei Laghi valleys.
VINIFICATION: Typical vinification for white wine is used with soft pressing so as not to extract the rosé colour from skins. Fermentation follows with the use of selected yeasts at a constant temperature of 20 oC. After the maturation stage in stainless steel tanks and stabilization comes cold, sterile bottling.
DESCRIPTION: Straw yellow colour; intense and persistent nose with typically floral notes; dry, fresh palate with great character and elegance.
PAIRING: Sea fish, hot and cold starters, slightly spicy dishes with white meat
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 3 g/lit.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14 °C
