COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine, persistent perlage

BOUQUET: The fresh, fruity aroma reveals distinctive hints of apple and pear enhanced by elegant citrine notes

TASTE: A good balance of acidity and sweetness on the palate, completed with good sapidity

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with light dishes
