Brilliant golden yellow colour. Complex and elegant with scents of

chamomile, broom flowers, pear, quince, vanilla cream and honeyed hints.

The palate is smooth, elegant and harmonious taste supported by

a great minerality and excellent acidity, which makes it possible to

expect a remarkable longevity. The volcanic terroir gives it the typical

mineral character. The ageing for 4 years, with a passage of 12 months

in barriques, makes the flavour profile of this wine very complex.
